Villa Esperanza Services is in need of Skills Instructors for the Independent Living Skills Program!
Villa Esperanza Services is committed to providing individualized, accessible, affordable housing for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through Villa’s various levels of support and assistance, individuals are reaching their greatest level of independence; living, working, playing and being active in their community.
The Independent Living Skills (ILS) Program provides support for developmentally disabled adults, 18 years and older, who seek to maintain a self-sustaining, independent living environment in the community.
As a Skills Instructor you will be assisting clients with employment and essential living skills. You will have the opportunity to work with participants and seek opportunities to teach, train, and encourage independence for performing living skills, while offering supervision to participants. Skills Instructors are expected to adhere with all safety standards, regulations and policies.

Pay rate for new hires is $13.00 per hour. Employer provides mileage reimbursement at the IRS approved rate.

Final candidates must satisfactorily complete a fingerprinting clearance, physical, and Tuberculosis screening.
