The Assistant Manager provides direct care service to residents, and assumes some of the Program Manager’s program and employee supervision and reporting responsibilities when the Program Manager is not scheduled to work.
The Assistant Manager receives extensive training in all areas specified for caregivers, plus orientation about Agency policies and procedures, and course work in management skills where necessary.
