Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the office of The Arc of the Pikes Peak Region. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and provide administrative support to Executive Director, Board of Directors, and Front Desk staff as needed.
To perform this role successfully, an individual must perform the following duties effectively – with a focus on exemplary customer service and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
General Duties:
Maintain and Monitor website and Social Media sites content in the spirit of The Arc-PPR mission on a daily basis Lead in the development and delivery of the Strategic Commination Plan
Work closely with Public Relations Team – On Press Releases, Public TV & Radio Interviews as well as participate in interviews Create weekly e-news letter
Donorview maintenance and support Create Marketing Material for The Arc-PPR hosted fundraising, awareness, education, and social events
Develop, organize and maintain program calendar, Assist in the planning, venue selection, and marketing of The Arc-PPR large events such as the Annual Awards Ceremony, Annual Film Festival, Annual Meeting of Members and the Give! Campaign
Reconcile Arc membership with Arc US.
Work closely with the Executive Director to lead and maintain a high-quality organization with sound Administrative Office operations
Research and input identified state of Colorado demographics for the purpose of the arc Thrift Store Allocation process
Coordinate the needs of board meeting (copies, refreshments, and individual director needs)
