Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing support for IDD or Long-Term Care Services, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a passion for selling technology that supports independence for individuals with disabilities.

– Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the IDD market within MN/WI.
– Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
– Conduct webinars, product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
– Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
– Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

– Experience in Long-Term Care Services, IDD support, and/or Care Management.
– Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field.
– Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
– Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
– Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Base Salary – $70,000 + commission.
