Community based agency serving to meet the educational and residential needs of children identified as having autism, intellectual and/or multiple disabilities with behavioral complexities is seeking an experienced and dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our expanding education team.
The BCBA will serve as a member of the school team in providing consultation with staff and stakeholders, completing FBAs and other assessments, development of BIPs, completion of staff training and delivery of interventions in a highly supportive non-public school setting.
A comprehensive description of all duties and responsibilities will be provided during the recruitment process.
**Respect and advocacy for individuals with developmental and/or other disabilities.
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education/special education, or a related field.
BCBA Certification required.
Three years of professionally relevant experience working with children with disabilities and who demonstrate severe behaviors.
Competently interpret and facilitate compliance with local, State and Federal regulations.
Valid driver’s license with driving record acceptable to agency insurance standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional business acumen.
Expertise with group presentations and staff development.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a group and/or individually.
Competently complete assignments with minimal supervisory oversight.
Adherence to deadlines, punctuality and attendance expectations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
