Phoenix Care Systems, parent company of Willowglen Academy-NJ is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership to our programs and staff in New Jersey.
The Clinical Supervisor will report to the State Clinical Director and will be based out of Sparta, New Jersey with travel to various locations including our Cherry Hill office. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee a team of Clinicians and Behaviorists and ensure that evidence-based practices are utilized to ensure a comprehensive therapeutic program is provided for the individuals served. The Clinical Supervisor will also ensure that state and agency regulations are adhered to, as well as best practice for providing clinical supervision to all clinicians who are working toward obtaining their clinical licensure in the state of New Jersey.
Qualification Requirements: The qualified candidate will possess the following:
A minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human service-related field;
A New Jersey state licensure as LCSW or LPC with certification to provide clinical supervision;
A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Intellectual & Development Disability population;
A minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience;
A minimum of 1 year experience utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis;
Availability to provide administrative on-call 24/7;
Ability to anticipate challenges;
Ability to work independently and with a team; and
Ability to communicate effectively.
Job Responsibilities: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the following:
Manage a team of Clinicians and Behaviorists, providing administrative oversight as well as clinical supervision where applicable;
Monitor treatment plans in accordance with state and Phoenix Care Systems standards;
Assist in providing crisis intervention to individuals served;
Participate in all councils as assigned;
Ensure that all applicable local, state, federal, and licensing regulations and internal policies are followed;
Provide administrative on-call support via telephone 24/7 as assigned; and
Performs other duties as required
