The Manager of Community Living is a full-time salaried position managing the daily operations of Noble’s expanding Community Living (Residential) Services. Responsibilities include: program administration, ensuring quality services achieving positive outcomes for clients are provided per regulations and in accordance with Noble’s quality standards; staff supervision, mentoring and training; coordinating schedules for staff and clients to ensure effective and efficient utilization of service hours; communication with members of the individuals’ support teams; oversight of client finances and health and safety needs; and rotating on-call responsibilities.
General Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, meet agency’s driver insurability requirements, and reliable vehicle. Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
