Job Description

New Hope, a not-for-profit organization supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities for over 40 years, is seeking highly motivated candidates who have experience developing new programs and services, as well as project management to serve as the Strategic Projects Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years experience in progressively responsible management positions in Disability Services, Human Services, Health Services or Business Management.  Candidates must have experience supervising direct reports, providing direction to indirect reports and developing, leading and managing projects.

This position will be responsible for growing services which are consistent with New Hope’s strategic plan, mission, and vision.  This individual will receive planned mentoring and opportunities to prepare them as a qualified internal candidate for the Director of Operations in the future.
