Responsibilities
Conducts reviews of services provided by agency. Evaluates strengths and identify opportunities for improvement; Participates in exit conferences and the development of Quality Improvement Plan, based on response from completed reviews; Validates the implementation of Quality Improvement Plan and generate reports detailing best practices. Trends and training needs to appropriate parties; Provides immediate training to program staff for issues that may have impact on the health and safety of individuals receiving supports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and one year experience in staffing serving individuals with disabilities, or Associate’s degree in related field and two years of experience in a setting serving individuals with disabilities. Supervisory experience is preferred. Must have a valid New York Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
