Serving as a key member of the Executive Team, the Associate Executive Director for Day, Community and Clinical Supports will have direct responsibility for ensuring the success of Day & Employment Services, Family Supports, Program Innovations, Medical and Clinical Services. This executive leadership role will also be a major contributor to the broader strategic direction of the organization, and will play a critical role with shaping the current and future model of care. This position will ensure high performance, financial strength and operating efficiency of all areas with a strong commitment to optimizing the experience and satisfaction of people served by Lexington.

This role requires a highly motivated executive leader with advanced education in a clinical or healthcare field; a minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience with overseeing, shaping, and continuously improving community-based support services; excellent communication and organization skills; and exceptional people and relationship development talent.
