Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, with evenings and weekends, as needed
Language: English required, Spanish preferred
Salary: $76,000 – $78,000

What You’ll do:
Clinical Leadership:
Oversee the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses.
Conduct regular clinical reviews and data analysis to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and program directors and Clinical Director to coordinate treatment and ensure effective communication.
Developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulation and HIPAA regulations
Monitor billing and service delivery to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with administrative staff on operational matters, such as scheduling and resource allocation
Professional Development:
Stay current with research and best practices in ABA by attending conferences and professional development opportunities
Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Significant experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals
