What You’ll do:
Clinical Leadership:
· Oversee the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses.
· Conduct regular clinical reviews and data analysis to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
· Collaborate with families, caregivers, and program directors and Clinical Director to coordinate treatment and ensure effective communication.
· Developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
Operational Oversight:
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulation and HIPAA regulations
· Monitor billing and service delivery to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Collaborate with administrative staff on operational matters, such as scheduling and resource allocation
Professional Development:
· Stay current with research and best practices in ABA by attending conferences and professional development opportunities
· Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
· Current BCBA certification
· Significant experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
· Proven leadership and supervisory skills
· Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals
