Helping Hands Behavior Therapy is looking for compassionate behavior technicians to join the team in Tucson. Work with one of the top BCBAs in Arizona specializing in ABA therapy and Natural Environment Training. The candidate will assist in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for in-home, clinic and/or virtual therapy.
Technicians at Helping Hands monitor and record behavior, work with parents and educators, report to the lead BCBA and develop and maintain relationships with clients. Prior experience in education, childcare or a speech, occupational or behavioral health setting is advantageous. If you are not a Registered Behavior Technician yet, see below for more information.
