Position: Litigation Attorney or Senior Litigation Attorney
Reports To: Legal Director
Wage Class: Exempt

Location: Remote (with Massachusetts residency required)
Position Overview
The Litigation Attorney will advocate for the rights and interests of individuals with disabilities through representation in civil rights class action and impact litigation as well as other forms of systemic advocacy to protect and promote the rights of the disability community in Massachusetts. A Senior Litigation Attorney will have 10 or more years of legal practice.

Ability to communicate effectively in a language other than English: ASL, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Mandarin, or another non-English language.
Compensation:
Attorney salary is determined by a collectively bargained salary scale based upon years of experience. For example, on the scale, the salary of an Attorney with 7-8 years of experience is $78,200. DLC provides a generous benefits package, including a 35-hour work week, generous vacation, retirement benefits, and dental insurance. A more detailed list can be found on DLC’s Careers page.
