We are looking for someone who has a passion for the community we serve and experience in human services. The Director of Operations reports to our Executive Director and oversees the efficient overall operation, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of licensed programs, supported living, and program development areas. This position is responsible for providing the leadership and vision needed to deliver quality programming and treatment within Devereux CA and regulatory standards.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is one of the largest and most advanced behavioral healthcare organizations in the country. Nestled near the beaches between the Pacific Coast and Santa Ynez mountains, Devereux California is a therapeutic behavioral health treatment facility offering residential and community living services, clinical services, and a vocational day program for adults with multiple diagnoses, including autistic spectrum disorders, emotional and/or behavioral differences, intellectual and developmental disabilities, dementia, and other cognitive disorders.
Our ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in business, clinical, or human services fields. Have a minimum seven (7) years of experience in the human services or related field and a minimum three (3) years supervisory/management experience in a similar setting.
Gross Annual Salary is $85,000-$92,000 DOE
