CIP’s programs are specially designed to help young adults make successful transitions from adolescence to young adulthood. Our vision is to challenge the norms of what people with learning differences can achieve.

Program Directors oversee and manage the three key pillars of the successful operation of a site location: (1) quality programming and service delivery; (2) administrative and physical functions of the site; and (3) admissions function in order to ensure quantity and quality in enrollment.

Program Directors work closely with CIP’s national leadership to inform the strategic planning process and in turn, are responsible for delivering on the company’s strategic plans and initiatives at the center level. Program Directors bring a strategic mindset and long-term outlook as well as the ability to lead and develop their team.
