Broadstep, Inc. is hiring a Case Manager for our clinical community support program (CSP) to provide assistance to our program and staff in Milwaukee, WI.
SUMMARY: Program Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the program. In addition, the Program Manager will have a general oversight of clinical operations, and will function as a back up when the Therapist is unavailable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure establishment and implementation of a data driven quality assurance system.
Maintains full compliance with all documentation, reporting and service provision within all contracts of services within Nebraska.
Ensure all state specific regulatory requirements, contract stipulations and accreditation standards are maintained;
Supervise all Direct Support Professionals.
Schedule Direct Support Professionals in accordance with their status (full or Part time) and the needs of the program following budgeted hours for the program.
Ensure appropriate supplies are available to the program.
Assist in development of the State Annual Budget. Adhere to the established budget.
Attend Clinical Team meetings.
Ensure compliance with implementation of Evidence based Practices outlined within the Therapeutic Schedule.
In the absence of the Therapist, conduct individual and group therapy.
Complete Daily Documentation in Therap
Participate in Screening of individuals referred to the program.
Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources on a quarterly basis, or more often as needed.
On call for behavioral and administrative issues as they arise.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Directly supervises Case Managers and Direct Support Professional employees within the Residential department(s).
Indirectly supervises Therapist employees within the Clinical department(s).
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Master’s Degree (MA) in Human Services and appropriate State Licensure with 2 years’ experience working with Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (preferred)
Possesses a minimum of 3 years’ of operations and supervisory experience.
Certificates, licenses and registrations required: LIMHP, LMHP, LCSW, or LMFT
Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
Other skills required:
Ability to Pass CPR, First Aid and Pro Act Restraint training
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPPA)

Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision; distance vision; peripheral vision; depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to perform CPR and Pro Act Restraint techniques.
