Lifeworks Fiscal Services department is seeking two full-time, exempt Program Supervisors to lead our self-directed in-home fiscal services and in-home 245D licensed services coordination teams. The supervisors oversee the service coordinators responsible for case management of people using PCA Choice, CDCS and CSG programs or licensed 245D Personal Support and Respite funding. These positions are also responsible for utilizing process improvement techniques to improve Lifeworks’ self-directed and licensed services; resulting in program compliance, improved customer satisfaction, client growth, and enhanced financial performance. The supervisors have oversight of programs to ensure compliance with requirements defined by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, and Minnesota State and County Contracts.
A successful candidate will understand the nuances of in-home funding available in Minnesota and have experience managing expenses, budgeting for staffing, and collaborating with family representatives to provide excellent in-home services. The candidate will enjoy working with a variety of people; coaching and training service coordinators responsible for case management, as well as building strong external partnerships with social workers, case managers, support planners and families supporting loved ones in their homes. This position will coordinate the development of Lifeworks’ self-directed in-home program offerings. The supervisors will provide leadership and guidance to service coordination teams to establish key performance metrics around program compliance, customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and call productivity. Incumbent will also support the recruitment, selection, development, and engagement of service coordination teams.
The positions require flexibility and comfort with variety in the work day. Hours are typically during the day; however, attendance at evening and weekend functions may be required.
