The National Leadership Program Director will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring and training diverse Fellows. This includes managing their curriculum and guest speakers, providing accommodations as needed and helping these young leaders reach their potential. The Director will work directly with young professionals, both with and without disabilities, who aspire to careers in public policy, communications, advocacy, faith-based inclusion or development. The Director will be expected to fill several interrelated roles including: acting as an in-house job coach, working directly with Fellows to complete programmatic tasks and advancing skills and professional development for program participants.
