Postings typically appear within hours of placing an order, but it can take up to 2 business days for our team to review your ad. You'll get an email when your job posting goes live.
How can I get a copy of my receipt?
When your posting goes live, a receipt is automatically emailed to you. Receipts can also be accessed by logging in and selecting the "Receipts" tab in the account center.
Can I make changes to my job posting once it's live?
Yes, login to the account center and use the "Edit" or "Cancel" links affiliated with the job posting you'd like to alter.
